US Returns

If you're not completely happy, we accept returns within 30 days if the product is in brand new condition (unused and in its original packaging). We can't accept returns of even lightly used products. Only the item value is refunded and not the shipping cost. Return shipping costs are not included.

30 Day Risk Free

First-time customers who order our Pea-based Litter with us online are automatically eligible for our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Pea-based Cat Litter, contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date and we’ll be happy to assist you with a refund. For assistance with refunds or to cancel your subscription, please contact us at support@catbutler.com.

The 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee is available only for first-time US customers of our Pea-based Cat Litter and is limited to one offer and one box per household. 

International Returns

Due to the nature of high shipping costs for shipping bulky items abroad, we cannot issue refunds on shipping or duty costs for international customers unless there is a product defect, in which case we will send a replacement. Please contact our care team support@catbutler.com for more information.
